Jerry Jacks
Senior Partner and Managing Member
Jerry graduated from the University of Denver and continued his graduate studies at DePaul University and Northwestern University in Chicago. He is a licensed certified public accountant in Illinois and North Carolina and an Illinois licensed real estate managing broker.
Jerry is a multi-engine instrument rated pilot with over 5,000 hours of pilot in command experience. He is an avid golfer and he currently holds the position of Treasurer for the Children’s Brittle Bone Foundation.
Manish Garg
Head of Assurance
His goal is to help clients in minimizing risks, reducing financial misstatements, and consistently ensuring reliable financial statements through a detailed examination of books, records and supporting documents.
Manish is married and has two daughters. Manish is an avid Hollywood and Bollywood movies fan and likes to read fiction (his favorite author is John Grisham) and he plays Golf in his spare time.
Vickie Downes
Certified Public Accountant
Vickie makes sure that each client receives professional attention in all facets of tax, accounting, review and audit services. She is a long time Curler and Treasurer of the Wilmette Curling Club. She has her private pilot’s license, is an avid golfer, and enjoys spending time with her family.
